To deliver sustained outcomes, the client needed a strategy-through-execution roadmap, with clearly defined initiatives and a prioritisation matrix to facilitate readiness of implementation.
The client was in its digitalisation phase and using enterprise platforms for its and domestic businesses, along with online quality management tools and some level of manufacturing automation.
