With the ‘one opportunity’ of working with PwC, I am able to give back to the society and make a difference through Corporate Responsibility activities for five consecutive years. The one opportunity helps me gain global exposure by interacting with clients and PwCites across the globe - United States, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Nigeria, Germany, UAE, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Tanzania, etc. Through our global networking platform, I have built and maintained lasting relationships. The one opportunity also helps me to maintain a great work-life balance by providing several flexibility options. For instance, when my mother was seriously ill, I had the flexibility to work according to the US office timings and was able to be there for my mother in the hospital during the day.

With PwC India Foundation, I have found ways to give back to society. I regularly participate in different drives that PwC India Foundation organises; be it tree plantation drive or teacher's day celebration at an NGO or helping out children who are differently abled. I can particularly remember one such drive to Calcutta Rescue, where we arranged many fun competitions like drawing, reciting, dancing for the students residing there. The students were so happy on that day and were insisting us to play some more with them. I can still remember those innocent smiles!
