Round up of our 40th Non-Executive Director/C-suite event

We recently concluded the 40th edition of our NED/C-Suite event on 19 December 2019 with enthusiastic participation from more than 120 attendees.

The evening revolved around the theme ‘Evolving Boards and Executive Committees – Winds of Change’ – a top of the mind priority for every boardroom in the country.

The event kickstarted with a welcome speech by our Chairman Shyamal Mukherjee highlighting the evolving regulatory expectations and the need for a culture driven value system to navigate heightened complexities. Our other experts covered the canvas of the regulatory changes, its visible implications along with insights into the leading practices.

The presentation was followed by an invigorating panel discussion among our esteemed panelists – Keki Mistry, Vice Chairman and CEO, HDFC, Nawshir Mirza, Independent Director – Tata Power, Thermax, Exide, Ramakrishnan V, CFO, TCS and Bharat Vasani, Partner, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.
