Vivek Prasad, Markets Leader, PwC India

Vivek is part of the India Leadership Team and leads the Markets function. In this role, he helps harness the firm's vast capabilities across the consulting, deals, risk and regulation segments to solve complex issues across the firm's extensive client base.

Vivek has over 21 years of professional work experience which focuses on banking, asset management, mutual funds, private equity and capital markets. He is a qualified chartered accountant with experience in leading assurance, due diligence and advisory engagements for some of the largest domestic and international clients within the financial services sector. He has also been instrumental in leading teams across client engagements covering risk management and compliance reviews.

Vivek is closely involved in various industry committees and is an active member at industry events and forums.
