Dinesh is a recognised expert in M&A transactions and fundraises, providing strategic counsel to companies across various sectors in areas such as business planning, market assessment, JV partner search, acquisitions, and asset sales. He holds a B.E from Delhi College of Engineering and an MBA from IIM Calcutta.
