Our LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group (ERG) know as Shine at PwC India serves as a safe space for LGBTQ+ employees to connect, share experiences, and advocate for inclusion.
Pride Celebrations
We proudly participate in Pride Month celebrations and host events to raise awareness of LGBTQ+ issues.
Training and Workshops
We conduct workshops and training sessions to educate employees on LGBTQ+ matters and foster empathy and allyship.
